With over 19 years of PT. Berca Mandiri Perkasa’s experience, who always strives to provide comprehensive support for customers’ equipment operations. Our spare parts department is always ready to serve customer needs during working hours throughout the week or 24/7 hours as per the contractual agreement. Our front-line team will assist in providing accurate information regarding the much-needed spare parts to support the performance of customers’ equipment operation. 

We have stock the spare parts over 20,000 line items which distributed from our central warehouse in Sunter, Jakarta, to all 34 BMP branches and depots, we expedite the delivery process to customer operational locations across the BMP office network.

Quarterly Parts Promotion

We provide high-quality spare parts packaged in a promotion program that runs every three months. This promotion is not limited to discounted prices on parts; it also includes free installation services. We run this program throughout the year to meet customers’ spare parts needs within their predetermined budgets. Our aim is to offer a comprehensive solution by not only providing top-notch parts but also assisting with their installation. This ensures that our customers can conveniently acquire the necessary components and have them professionally installed for optimal performance.


Sub Dealers

We always strive to serve our customers wherever they are through our trained and experienced front-line team. Additionally, we collaborate with sub-dealers to reach customers located throughout their operational areas. Our sub-dealers have received training on maintenance and repairs in accordance with factory standards. They also maintain a stock of genuine BMP spare parts as authorized distributors in Indonesian.

By working closely with our sub-dealers, we ensure that customers have access to quality service and genuine parts, regardless of their location. This network of sub-dealers allows us to extend our reach and provide timely support to customers in need.

Customer Support Program

The Customer Support Program is a package of after-sales support services designed specifically to meet the needs of customers. The main objective of this program is to assist customers in obtaining the availability of spare parts and service work as needed, at a reasonable cost.

The services provided to customers in this program include:

  • Regular visits. Service and Spare part department leader will join visit regularly to capture the issue.
  • Ensuring the availability of spare parts: 100% for fast-moving items, 50% for critical parts, and 15% for slow-moving parts. The lead time for backorders is same working day if stock is available at nearest branch where the purchase order is applied, 5 working days if shipped from another branch, and 30 working days if ordered from the principal.
  • Technical support includes free technical inspections, free training for operation maintenance provided to operators once a year, technical reports related to damages and spare part requirements, and receiving updates on spare part promotion programs.
  • Fixed spare part prices throughout the year.

Special Trade in Program

We provide a trade-in service to our customers to minimize the downtime of their work equipment. This allows them to optimize their operational time and increase production.

 

This program is currently available for all engine products distributed by PT.BMP, as well as forklift products with specific Transmissions and Axles. We will assess the repair costs of the core components, which will then be deducted from the price of the replacement unit during the trade-in process.

Consignment/VHS Program

In order to provide swift service for the critical spare part needs of our customers, we offer a consignment program or Vendor Held Stock (VHS) program (depending on the agreement). This program serves as a win-win solution for both the customers and PT.BMP concerning the support of the customers’ work equipment operations. By implementing this program, the customers can ensure prompt fulfillment of their high-quality spare part requirements, as the stock position can be controlled and monitored effectively.

We recognize that the demand for genuine spare parts and complementary components from PT.BMP products is significant and accessible to customers. Therefore, we provide a one-stop service where customers can obtain not only genuine spare parts but also various accessories, including:
